PLANNING APPLICATION SUBMISSION

We are delighted to announce that we have just put forward plans to reinstate the Clones Canal Workers Cottage.

The proposal is to renovate and restore the Cottage back to its former glory whilst also adding a contemporary twist. We are aiming to mirror the extension we completed back in 2012/2014 with the zinc cladding so that the store and cottage work in harmony.

The proposal provides public amenities on the ground floor and private two-bedroom holiday let on the first floor.
