    Eamonn Monaghan B Arch, MRIAI, ARB, Dip Conservation

    Director of Keys and Monaghan architects

    Eamonn studied architecture in University College Dublin (UCD).  After graduating in 1986 he worked throughout the UK and Ireland from London to Dublin, Belfast and Derry.  With an excess of 32 years experience he has acquired the specialist skills and training required for the seamless delivery of a project.  His extensive experience developed planning and programming skills on a range of projects across the sectors from education, residential, commercial & conservation work, across the UK and Ireland.

    In 1998 he partnered up with Keys Architects to establish Keys and Monaghan Architects.  Within that he is responsible for the design and project management in the practice, leading a design team on multi million pound projects.

    ALASTAIR KEYS

    Alastair Keys: Director, Keys and Monaghan Archiects Ltd

    B.Arch (Hons), MRIAI, ARB, RIBA, MaPS, Dip. Proj. Management

    Alastair graduated at Dundee University in 1989 with a 2:1 honours Bachelor of Architecture degree. He completed his RIBA Part 3 exams the following year and has been a member of the Architects Registration Board and the RIBA since then.  On graduating he worked in Scotland for 6 years, firstly in Glasgow and then in Dundee, until he returned to Ireland in 1995 to set up a practice in his native Fermanagh.  At that time he also joined the RIAI.

    He participated twice on the RSUA shortlisting panel for the RIBA Regional Awards.

    Invited member of the working party for the Arts Council of NI developing an Architectural Policy for NI and has served on the RSUA council.

    Alastair has been a Chartered Architect for 28 years and has been a director in Keys and Monaghan Architects since its inception in 1995.  In that time he has been the Project Architect and Lead Consultant on a wide variety of projects for sports clubs, community groups, commercial Clients and public sector bodies, covering healthcare, education and tourism, including recently coordinating and completing a feasibility study and economic assessment for a new Visitor Centre for the Geopark and Marble Arch Caves for Fermanagh and Omagh DC and separately

    JUSTIN MAGUIRE

    SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST

    Justin is a Senior Architectural Technologist with over 25 years experience. He studied Architectural Technology at University of Ulster and Architecture at Hull School of Architecture. He has extensive experience in a wide range of sectors including domestic, commercial, healthcare, conservation, education, sporting and leisure sectors. He has specialist skills in sustainable design having worked and studied the subject in Germany.

    He is fully conversant with the Planning Regulations and has comprehensive knowledge of the Building Regulations in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland including DAC and FSC applications.

    His thorough production of technical information has ensured that accurate estimates are provided pre-tender and construction information is comprehensive, thus avoiding any ambiguity or uncertainty.
