PROJECT DETAILS
Construction of new 3-court Sports Hall funded by Big Lottery, together with minor hall, changing rooms and ancillary accommodation. The brief was for a flexible multi-purpose three court sports hall, a minor hall and all necessary ancillary accommodation.

The location is adjacent to St. John’s College, however, the building will have full out of hours community use. The split-level, sloping site is between the secondary school and the playing fields at lower level. This allows the new building to have its own identity relative directly to the pitches.
