PROJECT DETAILS
The restoration of St Patrick’s, Aghyaran has sensitively transformed an early 19th century rural Church bringing it into the 21st century. Almost 100 years after the last major restoration, Fr. John Gilmore PP began preparing for the current renovation. Keys and Monaghan Architects have remodelled the interior and reorganised the sanctuary in line with current liturgical requirements. The fabric has been restored and new services carefully introduced. All this has been achieved while fully respecting the character of the existing Church.
