Keys and Monaghan Architects Ltd is a registered practice with the RIBA, RIAI and APS and is based in County Fermanagh. First established in 1995, it is led by chartered architects , Alastair Keys and Eamonn Monaghan.
The firm has experience in a wide variety of projects, covering education, healthcare, commercial, residential, tourism, community, private houses, sports and leisure. Completed construction projects are generally up to £3M but the firm has carried out feasibility studies and economic appraisals for schemes up to £30M.
The practice believes in providing a friendly, professional service to meet its Clients’ needs, within budget and on programme, and strives to get the best architectural outcome, whatever the scale of the project.
Sensitive and appropriate response to site context and the brief, maximising natural light and clean, contemporary expression are design principles that we work to.
